Hibachi Fish is a cooking simulator with challengingly inconvenient controls. Your job as hibachi chef is to make shrimp and rice and serve it to the king and his guests, but it won't be easy: one of your arms has a bloodthirsty curse. Complete the meal without killing the king if you want to keep your head!

The food was fairly simple, so I had time to get a little more detailed than necessary with the scene, fleshing out the grill table and its objects.

The UI for this game is fairly minimal, dark and elegant. I made any screens and buttons we needed and might have snuck in a little Easter egg as well...
Side note: the Japanese might not be extremely accurate...








Everyone knows when you get cursed, everyone around you looks like delicious, cookable fish... right?
The king and his guests were a joy to make. Sketched in Photoshop and finished in Illustrator.
